NORTH FITZROY

Type: Residential – Single-Storey Extension
Location: North Fitzroy, Victoria
Status: Completed
Team: Lucy Tibbits

Collaborators: Aaron Merrill

This project adds a single-storey extension to a double-fronted brick residence in North Fitzroy. Soaring cathedral ceilings and high-level windows enhance the spatial experience, introducing abundant natural light and a sense of openness to the living areas. The design creates a dynamic, contemporary addition while responding sensitively to the existing heritage fabric.
