This project is a refurbishment of a 1990’s townhouse in Carlton. We demolished the existing kitchen, laundry and bathroom and redesigned the internal layout to open up the ground floor and let more light into the house. The upstairs wet areas were also reconfigured, and new timber floors were added throughout the house. There was also some cladding and painting work to the front and rear facades as well as remedial work to existing structure and drainage.
