GROUSE BAR

Type: Hospitality – Interior Design
Location: Fitzroy, Victoria
Status: Ongoing
Team: Lucy Tibbits, Vidhi Petal, Jess Hall

This proposed design for Grouse Bar in Fitzroy reinterprets the venue’s retro-modern character through the emphasis of curved forms and a considered palette of material finishes that complement Grouse’s signature orange. A built-in projector screen transforms moving imagery into a key spatial feature, enhancing the immersive experience while reinforcing the bar’s distinctive identity. The design balances playful, dynamic elements with refined materiality to create a vibrant yet cohesive interior environment.
