This project extends a heritage Edwardian house in Elwood, introducing new spaces for work, life and play while carefully integrating with the existing dwelling. The addition is organised around a double-height entertainment room on the ground floor that opens directly to the pool, enabling a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Above, a mezzanine level accommodates a private office, bedroom and ensuite, benefiting from generous daylight and expansive views across the site. The refurbishment of the existing kitchen and laundry is linked to the new extension through a reconfigured entry and foyer, improving circulation and spatial clarity. Poolside sauna and shower facilities support outdoor living, while a generous three-car garage and workshop address the main street, completing a cohesive and highly functional family home.
