CARLTON NORTH

Type: Residential – Renovation to Existing Townhouse
Location: Carlton North, Victoria
Status: In Progress

Team: Lucy Tibbits, Reza Safaeipour, Jess Hall, Lauren Beadle

The refurbishment of a three-level townhouse in Carlton North reimagines the interior to enhance spatial quality, material richness, and functional performance. On the ground floor, the plan is extended to introduce additional storage, walk-in robes, and integrated desk zones for the two bedrooms, alongside a fully renovated bathroom. Level one is reorganised to establish a fluid connection between kitchen, living, and dining spaces, while a paneled service corridor discreetly accommodates the pantry, laundry, and appliance storage. The top level is transformed into a refined main suite, incorporating a new ensuite, bespoke joinery, and a custom window seat.
